Chelsea Gragg has been “doing” yoga for over 12 years, but PRACTICING yoga since 2015. Her incredible journey to becoming a 200-hour certified yoga teacher allowed her to dig so much deeper within herself than she ever thought possible!  “Yoga has always been very meditative for me and a way to help calm my mind and focus on the moment”.

Prior to 2020, she was living overseas with her U.S. Navy, active-duty husband and yoga supported her while trying to conceive and throughout her pregnancy where she used yoga to stay in shape & keep her body healthy & happy!  Her yoga practice also gave her sanity throughout her pregnancy, during an overseas move, a 2-month hotel stay with two dogs, and then moving to Florida!    

Yoga for Chelsea is about ALL the 8 limbs, not just the asana although she loves all yoga from restorative to aerial!  Chelsea looks forward to inspiring others to live a yogic lifestyle so they too can find that sense of peace!     When not on her mat, she can be found writing research articles, traveling, and chasing around her toddler.  With a background in animal conservation & research, she’s worked with animals from the tiny rock octopus to dolphins, whales, and elephants and hopes to ignite a love of animals and yoga in everyone she meets.
